School sponsor positions are tiered, based on school-level, and are calculated as a percentage of the sponsor’s base salary*. Sponsorships may be split but only as a 0.5 FTE (i.e., full-time equivalence). Pay administration is made in 21 equal installments throughout the school year. The supplement is intended for work done outside normal work hours.Note: All percentages are computed on the employee's base pay or the full-time equivalence of a part-time employee's base pay.
