Work Schedule:100% FTE, Day/Evening Shift Role, Weekday shifts starting as early as 6 AM and end as late as 6 PM, depending on the need. Normally 8 hour shifts.
1 required weekend shift every 4 weeks.
1 required holiday annually. You will work at UW Health Northern Illinois in Rockford, Rockton/Roscoe, Loves Park and Belvidere.Additional components of compensation may include:
  • Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
  • Overtime
  • On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
  • Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs. Required
Work ExperienceLicenses & Certifications
  • Current license from the State of Illinois per department policy. An applicant for employment as a physical therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a physical therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
  • CPR certification. Required
