Field Supervisor - Field ServiceJob SummaryThe Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participate in the hiring process of all potential candidatesTrainingBe the first point of contact for all training for new candidates and new clientsTrain all new hires on QuickBase and company expectationsParticipate in all employees’ 90-day and annual performance reviewsDocument all necessary items for projectsLead, train, and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorshipDevelop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of deliverablesMonitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members, including participation in performance reviewsFacilitate effective communication within the team and with other divisionsIdentify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the teamEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards by holding employees accountable to adhere to the Company’s Mission, Vision, and ValuesConduct weekly team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunitiesCollaborate with senior management to align team goals with the company's objectivesStay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performanceField Service Skillset RequirementsInstall, troubleshoot, and repair non-IT healthcare equipment for clients.Accurately complete daily timecards, expense reports, and other required documentation.Document work activities with notes and photos, and maintain clear records using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Uphold professional communication and etiquette with team members, clients, and leadership.Provide positive customer service, addressing and escalating issues as needed.Ensure the proper care of all company and client property.Follow all environmental, safety, and compliance guidelines.Qualification StandardsProven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Field Supervisor or similar positionStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their bestProblem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
