Lockheed Martin values your skills, training, education and background.You will be responsible for providing the Lockheed Martin site manager located at the Aegis Test Team in Pascagoula, with project and manpower planning support, budget implementation, monitoring support, administrative functions, and office support management.Duties will include:
  • Develop and maintain manpower and budget plans
  • Support site manager with cost and schedule variance analysis
  • Support site manager in conduct of monthly financial reviews
  • Assist site manager with weekly and monthly activity and status reports
  • Assist site manager with weekly and monthly presentations support.
  • Support site manager with control account manager (CAM) responsibilities
  • Support senior engineer planner
  • Provide on-site coordination for visit requests, travel requests, and security clearances.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in financial management concepts
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and work with minimal supervision.
  • Some travel may be required
  • Work will be conducted at Naval bases, shipyards, and other facilities. The ability to work in an industrial environment and shipboard where access if often by stairs, ladders, and in confined spaces, is required.
  • Occasionally underway shipboard support may be required underway for up to one week at a time.
  • Ability to attain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (business/economics)
  • Related work experience in earned value management
  • Experience with data analysis, budget planning, and manpower knowledge.
  • Familiar with earn value management (EVM) terms such as ACWP, BCWS, BCWP, ETC, EAC
  • Knowledge of control account manager (CAM) responsibilities
