- Observe ASAP event review committee meetings, Data Analysis Group meetings and Fatigue Management Review Team meetings
- Analyze ASAP, ASIAS, FOQA and Fatigue Management data
- Identify trends in data and present findings to senior management
- Research data to assist in process improvement for Flight Operations, Dispatch, Inflight and maintenance employee groups
- Understand company emergency response procedures and assist in improvement of existing procedures
- Participate in operational risk assessments
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Aviation Management, Operational Analysis/ Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or similar field of study
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
- Strong analytical skill
- Ability to work onsite at our Indianapolis Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
