- Utilize the scale hours program to log in trucks to system, weighing the trucks, set up trucks in system, set up job orders, and set up customers
- Print Scale tickets
- Keep accurate records for billing purposes
- Generate and send out reports as needed
- Entering fuel and equipment usage
- Basic office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, etc.
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned and required.
- 1 year experience
- High School Diploma or GED, recommended but not required
- Asphalt Paving, Construction, Scale House experience is preferred
- Ability to understand and converse in both English and Spanish is a plus
- Must be organized with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Must be positive, friendly and professional.
- Ability to work well with others in a group or one-on-one setting
- Be available for overtime, extended hours and weekends as required
- Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety policy, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
- Work in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself, or endanger the wellbeing of others.
- Promote a team approach and maintain dialogue with all employees to exchange information and gather ideas.
- Collaborate with any project teams on other special initiatives, as required.
- Excel, Outlook, Word, and other computer operating systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness.
- Ability to deal with the others in a pleasant, courteous, and calm manner in all circumstances.
- Ability to work under pressure and be multi-task oriented.
- Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards and their impact on project activities.
- Ability to organize the data received and streamline the process of proposed job duties
- Must be available for a general schedule of 6AM-4PM Monday-Friday
- Be available for overtime, extended hours, overnight, and weekends as required
- Work is performed primarily in an indoor setting, though occasional requests in outdoor settings may occur (which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt).
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment is required.
- Must comply with the company's drug and alcohol testing requirements.
- Proper PPE is required at all times.
- This position is FULL TIME
- The pay structure for this role will be based on competitive hourly rate
