Location: Renton, WA
Compensation: $150,000 and up annually, depending on experience
Status: Full-Time / Direct Hire Position

The Opportunity:
As a member of the Golden Coast Construction & Restoration Management Team, work effectively with operations staff as well as office staff to meet customer expectations. Oversee the overall operations of the Washington office as well as adhering to GCCR processes.Primary responsibilities may include the following:
  • Ensure that Safety, Quality, and Productivity remain the paramount focus in all operational endeavors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to synchronize efforts and goals.
  • Partner with Senior Management to ensure coherence in processes and culture across Corporate and remote offices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and synergy, encouraging individuals and teams to leverage each other’s strengths and experiences to achieve collective success, while setting clear expectations and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Cultivate an environment that inspires individuals to perform at their best, acknowledging and celebrating outstanding team achievements.
  • Facilitate transparent and effective communication, both written and verbal, to exchange information and perspectives openly.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s mission and strategies, effectively communicating this knowledge to direct reports.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to company-wide strategic planning and execution.
  • Provide leadership in upholding the values and policies of Golden Coast Construction & Restoration.
  • Serve as a role model for adherence to company safety protocols, ensuring all department personnel and visitors practice safe work habits.
  • Fulfill other duties as necessary.
Minimum requirements for consideration for this role are:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, preferably within the large loss fire restoration industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience.
  • Completion of post-secondary education preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Pre-employment Background and DMV Check Required.
