- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and phone customers.
- Prepare & present accurate quotes, proposals, and material lists for contractors and homeowners
- Build strong customer relationships through efficient service, responsiveness, and follow-up.
- Manage contractor accounts as a trusted expert, ensuring they have the correct products and support.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and pursue larger accounts.
- Learn various building materials, including lumber, metal roofing, siding, plywood, OSB, windows, and doors.
- Increase your earning potential by learning to sell pole building projects and providing project management.
- Work full-time Monday-Friday daytime hours with some schedule flexibility.
- Experienced: 1-3 years in construction sales, inside sales, customer service, and/or hands-on construction required. Familiarity with inside sales and post-frame buildings is preferred.
- Friendly & relational: Personable with an aptitude for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build loyal customer relationships.
- Computer‑savvy: Comfortable using a computer and learning software like Paradigm and SmartBuild.
- Driven: Upbeat, positive, and eager to pursue goals in a small, ambitious business. Excited to learn and advance.
- Takes Initiative: Prioritizes work effectively, stays focused, meets deadlines, and maintains a strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Must have a valid PA driver's license and a clean driving record.
- $45,000-$75,000+ /year. DOE (base salary) plus commission and bonuses
