- The Account Executive (Fintech) will be responsible for selling Workiz's embedded financial services products to the Workiz software customer base (both software prospects and existing customers).
- The Account Executive (Fintech) must be a product expert in Workiz’s growing suite of financial services offerings.
- The Account Executive (Fintech) will lead the consultative sales process to potential and existing customers, recommending and advising them on the Workiz Financial Services products that are best suited for them.
- The Account Executive (Fintech) will reach out via phone, email campaigns, and scheduled meetings to customers to manage a pipeline of potential fintech sales deals.
- You will lead the fintech pre-sales process end to end by demonstrating the products, explaining their value, negotiating prices, and closing the sale.
- You will be involved in some post sales activities including helping customers to onboard the Workiz financial services products, Optimize their configuration, and choose the relevant financial partners to integrate into their account.
- You will serve as a customer success escalation point to ensure maximum retention of fintech products across our customer base.
- The Account Executive (Fintech) will be a knowledge hub for other customer-facing teams (account execs, software on borders and success managers) to support the client relationship and meet their financial services needs.
- The Account Executive (Fintech) will provide customer feedback to the product teams on customer enhancement requests.
- 2+ years experience in a sales or account management with a proven experience exceeding goals
- Strong communication skills written/verbal; ability to establish rapport with customers at different levels, solely over email and via phone interactions
- Ability to multitask - manage a large number of customers
- Excellent creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Experience with Hubspot, SalesForce or other CRM software
- Sales experience in Financial Services products
- Experience working with SMBs
