A better future?We're Lear For You.PROCESS TECHNICIAN- 3rd SHIFT(INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS TECH)TRAVERSE CITY, MIThe Role:Your work will include, but not be limited to...Maintain all process functions of molding presses and auxiliary equipmentResponsible for press startups, ensuring quality, answering alarms, and continuing production in an efficient mannerReview sample parts and quality rejects and make recommendations towards corrective actionMaintain process logbooks and review proposed process modification with engineersTroubleshoot processing, quality, and tooling issuesWork with maintenance to resolve press malfunctions and minimize downtimeWork with Quality Dept. to ensure acceptable parts are providedSupport the Injection Molding Set TechsYour Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of injection molding machines and processes is requiredStrong Communication skillsWorking knowledge of production toolingPreferred press experience includes:Arburg, Toyo, and EngelKnowledge of RJG systemsKnowledge of automation systems integrated with molding machinesKuka, Fanuc, Arburg multilift, Engle Viper4-5 years' experience as a Process Technician preferredLear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.Applicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
