Pay: $20-25/hr (DOE)Position OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Skilled Landscaper/Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both hardscape and softscape installations, operate heavy equipment safely, and work efficiently on diverse landscaping projects.Responsibilities
- Perform hardscape installations
- Execute softscape tasks (planting, mulching, sod installation, bed prep)
- Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, chainsaws, mowers and trenchers
- Read and interpret landscape designs and plans
- Work with a crew to complete projects on time and to quality standards
- Ensure proper job site safety and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with foremen, project managers, and team members
- 2+ years of landscaping experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Proficiency in both hardscape and softscape work
- Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., skid steer, chainsaws)
- Ability to perform simple maintenance on equipment is a plus!
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
