- Own and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and measurable growth
- Craft compelling, conversion-focused content for ads and landing pages tailored to segmented audiences
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights and continuously improve ROI through agile experimentation
- Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to align messaging and growth priorities
- Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, automation, and audience behavior to evolve strategy and execution
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute digital marketing plans independently
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and performance optimization
- Strong command of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Exceptional communication skills for crafting persuasive ad copy and presenting insights
- Proven track record of owning digital marketing outcomes in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
