This role requires a keen ability to evaluate, adapt, and communicate effectively to ensure that the final products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.Shift Details:1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.What You'll Do:
  • Efficiently manage and complete multiple prepress jobs daily to adhere to the proof/print schedule.
  • Inspect images and content for imperfections, operate proofing machines with precision, and ensure all output meets quality standards before final proofing.
  • Layout files for printing on various presses, including Litho and Digital, based on specific client specifications. Handle preflight checks and plating processes as necessary.
  • Work closely with the E-commerce team, customer service representatives, and other departmental peers to ensure seamless production flow. Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with all team members.
  • Capable of working autonomously and as an integral member of the Prepress Team, following best practices and contributing to a collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Prepress Operator/Technician with extensive experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat on a MAC platform.
  • Familiarity with Prinergy, Preps, Metrix, and SmartStream is highly advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in graphic design or print technology is preferred.
