Job SummaryThe Product Manager is responsible for helping actualize the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and implementation projects for new and existing products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, customer service, and external partners, to ensure successful product launch and market penetration.Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Implementation Strategy: Execute comprehensive product implementation plans that align with the company's objectives and market demand. This includes market research, competitive analysis, positioning, pricing strategies, and sales enablement.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product messaging and positioning are consistent across all channels.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote new products, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and event marketing. Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary marketing contact for internal stakeholders and external partners related to product implementation. Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
  • Training and Support: Develop and provide training materials and support to the sales team and channel partners. Ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell and support the product.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product implementation success. Report on progress, challenges, and market response to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product implementation or product management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and problem-solve.
