- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Work with the finance team to administer reimbursement payment process for vendors
- Collect and respond to incoming mails in a timely manner
- Provide basic IT support to employees, including simple network troubleshooting and VPN setup.
- Assist with laptop and company property management, including issuance, tracking, and returns.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software needs and IT-related services.
- Offer general technical assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus
- Positive “can-do” attitude with a high level of integrity and discretion
- Proven experience in office management, and basic IT knowledge
- Passion to work in a fast paced and growing entertainment industry, previous experience within the entertainment industry is highly desirable
