· Diagnose and repair issues with extruders, material systems, facility power distribution, and other electrical systems.
· Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems.
· Troubleshoot PLC and industrial PC control systems; modify Allen Bradley and Siemens controllers as needed.
· Troubleshoot and repair AC and DC motor drives.
· Prepare purchase orders for parts, materials, and supplies.
· Respond to emergency repairs during assigned “on-call” periods.
· Conduct repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial systems.
· Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with facility standards.
· Maintain and utilize personal tools and storage cabinets.Qualifications:
· 6–8 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
· Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and applicable state safety codes.
· Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 75 lbs regularly; must be able to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods.Annual bonuses, continuous training and a strong company culture that prioritizes respect and fairness.Only those qualified applicants that provide a resume will be contacted.
