Co-Ops integrate into the organization through day-to-day activities and project work. If you're paying attention just skip to the essential duties section - you're welcome. Co-Ops operate as team members on larger initiatives, but also work independently on smaller projects and tasks.Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work as part of our cyber security team as an insider threat analyst to identify threats to the security of customer and employee information
  • Gain an understanding of pattern, matching technologies and methods to identify sensitive information documents, and as data travels across our network
  • Apply investigative techniques to look through system, logs, and other DLP technologies, across email, network, and cloud environments
  • Partner with cyber and fraud teams to identify strategies to reduce or stop, discovered insider, threat trends
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Current enrollment in accredited degreed program - Cybersecurity, or related.
  • Strong academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Relevant internships and/or co-op program experience preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity with a focus on continuously learning and applying a growth mindset
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible.
  • Capable of managing own time to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
