Responsibilities
  • Coordinate design documentation to adhere to standard construction methods and design detailing.
  • Collaborate with the design team to solve any issues that arise during the documentation process.
  • Execute custom furniture and fixture details according to design direction as directed by the project manager.
  • Review drawings from outside consultants, including architects, drafters, millwork specialists, and custom furniture designers.
  • Assist in the creation of redlines and aid the project manager and/or job captain with shop drawing reviews, submittals, and RFIs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • 4-6 years of RELEVANT experience in the restaurant/custom hospitality market.
  • Experience in CD & leading CA for restaurant projects, including some custom projects.
  • Capability to manage and coordinate projects across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to produce millwork drawings in software.
  • Experience with SketchUp for interpreting renderings is a plus.
