Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.Scope of the PositionThe purpose of the internship is to increase knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its Gen AI opportunities. Increase knowledge of the IT Organizations through collaboration on automations opportunities within ServceNow.Program Perks

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
  • Assist in the gathering of requirements and use case for ServiceNow Agentic AI
  • Collaboration and requirements gathering for catalog management within ServiceNow that support the Global D&IT portal for forms management
Education & Experience
  • B.S. Information System Management, Data Analysis
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Relevant experience a plus
