  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant financial leadership experience
  • Must have manufacturing industry experience
  • Strong experience in cost and inventory accounting
  • Advanced Excel
What will you do in this Controller role?
  • Build and manage standard labor cost models to ensure accurate tracking of production costs
  • Deliver strategic financial support across purchasing, inventory, and operations teams
  • Drive analysis and reporting of cost variances, including yield, efficiency, rate, overhead, and material pricing
  • Lead the development and execution of the plant’s monthly forecasts and annual budget
  • Track and interpret key financial and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Conduct ROI and payback analyses for capital expenditures and business cases
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to improve financial acumen and decision-making across departments
  • Oversee core site accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, inventory, and general ledger
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and visibility
  • Manage inventory valuation and fixed asset tracking, including regular physical audits
  • Serve as a key liaison between plant operations and corporate finance, ensuring alignment and transparency
