Now Hiring: Full-Time Project Assistant
Location: Based in Bethlehem, PA, with regular travel to Feasterville and Sellersville
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Year-Round Salary: starts at $32,000/yearCSF Buxmont Academy is seeking a flexible, organized, and proactive Project Assistant to support programs across multiple school sites. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workday, is comfortable traveling between locations, and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Working primarily out of our Bethlehem office, you'll travel weekly between our Feasterville and Sellersville campuses.Responsibilities include:
  • providing project coordination and logistical support across the different sites;
  • organizing and tracking data and reports for programs and leadership;
  • supporting preparation of documents for licensure and compliance;
  • coordinating training schedules and calendar updates;
  • supporting administrative needs for clinical and leadership staff;
  • ensuring timely communication and coordination among sites for special initiatives;
  • delivering internal mail and supplies between locations; and
  • providing flexible and responsive support to evolving organizational needs.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as you'll help ensure consistent coordination across teams and initiatives. Flexibility is key, as tasks and priorities may shift depending on project needs or school site demands.What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a self-starter with a high school diploma (an associate's degree or administrative experience is a plus). You should be confident using Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, and capable of managing your time across multiple sites. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
