- Coach and develop individual team members to maximize their level of contribution to the team and business.
- Organizing, prioritizing and directing the overall crib attendant team to support daily operations and Project teams.
- Working with parts vendors to order items needed for building/ Maintenance operations.
- Perform the duties related to the control, documentation and management of part room transactions within SAP
- Supporting the Maintenance Manager in the administration of the Performance Management Process (PMP).
- Monitors the building maintenance budget and works within said budget.
- Issue Safe Work Permits for activities in the building.
- Monitor and report key Part Room KPIs ensuring compliance to the maintenance play book
- Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the team members (job assignments, vacation requests, accumulated time off, training schedules, etc.)
- Utilize computerized maintenance management software such as SAP
- Participate in basic and advanced problem-solving initiatives intended to support site continual improvement, knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance and or Lean initiatives are desired.
- High School diploma required
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience in inventory and MRO management
- Proficiency in CMMS systems
- Proven track record of safe work with demonstrated safety leadership examples.
- Working knowledge of industrial parts.
- Knowledge of SAP systems as it pertains to maintenance and operations a plus.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- TPM/Lean knowledge and application, including continual improvement process application.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of site teams effectively in oral and written communication.
- Ability to complete the essential functions of the job and tolerate the ergonomic stressors of the job. This includes lifting, up to fifty (50) pounds on a regular basis and up to seventy-five (75) pounds occasionally, standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, reaching overhead, pushing, and daily.
