- Collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, including customer service representatives, fellow supervisors, operations personnel, customer service managers, brands and our corporate office .
- Ready to take on varied responsibilities and thrive in a multitasking environment, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in the analysis and development of contact center metrics and business processes
- Assist in the development of report processes across the organization
- Support various components and activities spanning the project management life cycle such as business case analysis, detailed requirements, testing/deployment and issues management
- Learn how a contact center operates from departmental tasks and call center operations, supporting team members and overall process improvement
- Understand your team's monthly performance scorecard and management process, including CMGAR and reviews.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports, action plans, and presentations to senior leadership
- Currently pursuing a degree in: Supply Chain Logistics, Operations Management, or Engineering. Other related majors will be considered case by case.
- Basic understanding of supply chain planning concepts and business processes
- Self-starters
- Experience with statistical and financial modeling and developing reporting tools
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
