
Program Director - Green Street Residential Reintegration Program

- Maintains and provides supervision of program staff. Related duties include:
- Recruiting and selection of staff for employment.
- Assuring continuing process improvement and staff development.
- Continuous staff performance evaluation and supervision.
- Knowledge and responsibility for fiscal operation of program.
- Implements Quality Improvement activities to include:
- Recommends program standards and measurements for continuous quality improvement.
- Monitors provision of services.
- Evaluates program and identifies strengths/weaknesses.
- Manages problem resolution and implementation of supervisor approved program modifications.
- Participates in Management and Administrative committees as assigned.
- Maintains program records and statistical accountability utilizing Helio Health, Inc. data systems and required external data systems.
- Represents agency to the community.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, etc.) or Credential (including Advanced or Master CASAC)
- Minimum of five years clinical experience in an appropriate program setting.
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in an appropriate program setting.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in a related human service field strongly preferred.
