- Drive Results - Coach and develop your team to achieve key metrics. These metrics encompass the POS (Point of Sale) budget, call coverage, and maintaining a “perfect shelf” strategy.
- Selling, Negotiating, and Executing Business Plans - Collaborate with decision makers. Utilizing business intelligence data, you'll craft a compelling selling narrative to drive business growth for both your customers and Kellanova.
- Leverage Data - Use analytics to track KPI's, achieve goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication - Present business reviews to senior level leadership to showcase team performance.
- Significant sales experience combined with people leadership experience, ideally in the Consumer Product Goods industry
- Account management experience (i.e., headquarters, district, region, or market level)
- Strong understanding of analytics and ability to use multiple sources to build a selling story (i.e., account data, scan data, POS data etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to drive to multiple locations
- This is a driving role which requires the use of a personal vehicle. To meet the requirements of the role, your driving record needs to be clear of any significant charges over the last 36 months and cannot have more than 2 moving violations over the last 36 months.
