Job Description:Join our team as a Product Delivery Manager for Deposits 2.0, where you will have the opportunity to oversee program execution, collaborate with various departments, and communicate effectively throughout the Program's Lifecycle. This role offers a chance to utilize your exceptional program and project management skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.As a Product Delivery Manager in the Deposits 2.0 team, you will oversee program execution, collaborate with various departments, and ensure clear and effective communication throughout the program's lifecycle. You will have the chance to apply your exceptional program and project management skills, as well as your proficiency in tools such as Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Align, Monday, and Excel. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the delivery process of our products.Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead product delivery processes including facilitating decision-making regarding the viability of the product and drive implementation forward, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines, utilizing forecasting techniques to ensure on-time product delivery and monitor scope while partnering with Product Owners to maintain Program roadmap.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align product goals and milestones and align sprint deliverables with program milestones.
  • Utilize project management and product management tools, including Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Align, and Monday to plan, execute, and track progress.
  • Act as a central point of contact for product status, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring that project tasks and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked; Demonstrate mastery of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to communicate overall program status, challenges, and strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Handle release management administrative activities for product delivery.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in product delivery or project management in Financial Services industry.
  • Experienced in working in Agile Product Development.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a successful track record in managing complex projects.
  • Expertise in product management tools, particularly Jira, Jira Align, Service Now, Monday and advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely; Exceptional organizational skills and self-driven to meet project objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage project milestones, dependencies, and risks effectively.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables - must be self-motivated.
  • Track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, achieving challenging goals, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
