This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, a clean and safety-focused environment, and long-term career potential for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Assemble small to medium-sized mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixturesRead and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure proper assembly of partsInspect and test finished products for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport any defective materials or equipment to the supervisorCollaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goalsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesQualifications/Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsWillingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environmentReliable attendance and positive attitude
