
Workday Functional ERP Lead - Supply Chain Project Manager

- Works with organization end users to diagnose and resolve ERP functional issues.
- Interfaces with the organization implementation partner to help manage the organization’s design, build, and roll out of the new ERP platform in their respective areas.
- Coordinates the efforts for testing of new configuration prior to production, troubleshooting technical issues, developing and implementing strategies.
- Manages multiple ERP functional projects and successfully prioritizes multiple support tasks in collaboration with other ERP leads.
- Assists core users in the preparation, maintenance, updating of data in ERP, and assists functional users with report development or maintenance. Provides references for users by writing, maintaining user documentation, and providing technical system support.
- Performs quality testing on ERP software solutions and changes.
- Required: 5 years of experience in a functional or technical support role in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment with prior experience utilizing various ERP systems and applications.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
