We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented leader to join our team. As a Commercial Claims Injury Training Manager, you will manage the claims training team.Responsibilities:
- Managing trainers who produce content and train associates who oversee the investigation and settlement of claims, providing guidance on technical or procedural problems concerning complicated claims, and recommending procedural changes as needed
- Collaborate with commercial department to understand needs, priorities, and opportunities and provide value add data-centric training and solutions
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams for alignment and product delivery
- Effectively translates complex technical concepts, visions, and insights into impactful training which improves commercial department key performance indicators
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across all commercial functional areas
- Responsible for assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance skills and performance
- Prioritize, schedule, and deploy claims training rollouts
- Proactively coordinate training previews for Officers, Directors, and Managers
- Collaborate with Instructional Design to develop effective training content to fill knowledge gaps
- 2+ years of Trucking Claims Managerial Experience
- 2+ years of experience with high exposure complex injury losses
- Must be able to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone
- Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
- Must be able to work the Dallas GEICO office location, hybrid schedule
