  • Maintain fleet records (electronic and paper) including but not limited to titles, registration, and lease status
  • Strong understanding of and experience with managing the functional aspects of logistics execution with both in house fleets and third party carriers
  • Maintain web-based department filing, compliance task, and training software
  • Report monthly mileage for IFTA and UCR Reports
  • Assist with vendor setup and maintenance
  • Experience with and knowledgeable of Transportation and Fleet Management
  • Assists in DOT Compliance if time and ability allows
  • Plan maintenance work as well as work routinely with vendors
  • Manages purchase orders (PO) for various outside vendors, etc. and tracks until paid
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
  • Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing and computer skills including email and Microsoft software products (e.g., Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • SAP experience a plus
Your Education
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
