Works in a fast pace environment and upholds a high-quality standard of our product.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs quality inspections to identify and repair imperfections in eyewear products
- Maintains well-organized work area and ensures equipment is in proper order
- Adjusts, repairs, and/or replaces spare parts on frames
- Ensures product is refurbished/repaired before returning to the consumer
- Meets and maintains high productivity levels and quality standards as assigned by supervisor
- Works with a small buffing machine and heater to manipulate our product for repair purposes
- Responsible for any additional duties assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient manual dexterity/ability to productively work with small parts
- Ability to work with others and resolve problems
- Extraordinary organizational skills
- Clear and effective written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail/accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisors/Manager
- Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours
- Proficient manual dexterity/ability to productively work with small parts
- Basic knowledge of optics systems, working knowledge of diagnostic test equipment
