- Track the Sales Reps’ activities and puts together daily activity reports
- Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end reporting
- Enters weekly sales numbers into AHL Tracking System
- Assists in tracking departmental budget
- Helps coordinate internal sales programs including Open Houses, Meet and Greets, and Group Events (Pre/Post games, Competitions, Career Days, Exhibition Hall Events, etc.)
- Coordinates all in-game staff activities including birthday parties and sales tables
- Works directly with the Marketing team to help build all sales emails
- Works directly with box office to coordinate all ticket packages
- Supports Ticket Sales Department with departmental communications and project coordination
- Build out FEVO links for group sales and assist with strategic planning of holding seats for group sales.
- Work directly with ticket holders to help generate new revenue
- Handles all departmental filing and special projects related to the department
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Communications, Sports/Business Management, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with AXS (ticket platform) and Salesforce.com (CRM) is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Must be detailed-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments and projects in a fast- paced environment
- Must be able to work events, select holidays, and beyond normal business hours as needed
