Overview:The Ticket Sales Coordinator will support the Hartford Wolf Pack Ticket Sales Department as well as the Vice President of Business Operations.This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00 to $22.00Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays)This position will remain open until November 7, 2025. Responsibilities:
  • Track the Sales Reps’ activities and puts together daily activity reports
  • Assist with daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end reporting
  • Enters weekly sales numbers into AHL Tracking System
  • Assists in tracking departmental budget
  • Helps coordinate internal sales programs including Open Houses, Meet and Greets, and Group Events (Pre/Post games, Competitions, Career Days, Exhibition Hall Events, etc.)
  • Coordinates all in-game staff activities including birthday parties and sales tables
  • Works directly with the Marketing team to help build all sales emails
  • Works directly with box office to coordinate all ticket packages
  • Supports Ticket Sales Department with departmental communications and project coordination
  • Build out FEVO links for group sales and assist with strategic planning of holding seats for group sales.
  • Work directly with ticket holders to help generate new revenue
  • Handles all departmental filing and special projects related to the department
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Communications, Sports/Business Management, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with AXS (ticket platform) and Salesforce.com (CRM) is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
  • Must be detailed-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments and projects in a fast- paced environment
  • Must be able to work events, select holidays, and beyond normal business hours as needed
