Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking Senior UI Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate to the area prior to Onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading application UI team (minimum 6 - 8 members) for AWS target environment (Web/Mobile/Desktop applications).
  • Should have experience with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and writing cross-browser-compatible code.
  • Excellent in designing and writing code for UI development using ReactJS.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Should have at least 4 years of experience in project lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality process
  • Ability to communicate good understanding of AJAX and should have experience in API integration
  • Experience in creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Ensure that the team should adhere to best practices in coding standards and processes.
  • Excellent in user requirement, develop specifications, design, review code and implement systems in line with Group standards and regulatory requirements IN ORDER TO meet user (business) requirements
  • Capable of Plan, define and develop proof of concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
