π΅ Compensation: $28.50 to $31.00 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities:
- π Communicate courteously with co-workers and customers at all times.
- π Direct communication with customers at job sites and/or residences.
- π Task Completion: Follow assignments from Team Leader or senior technicians, including picking up parts, delivering parts, cleaning warehouse, and other tasks as required.
- β¨ Product Cleaning: Responsible for cleaning installed products at customer sites as needed.
- πͺ Assist Senior Technicians with lifting, carrying, and running parts and tools on job sites.
- π Operate Tools Safely: Use a variety of hand and power tools.
- π± Tech-Savvy: Familiar with iPad and other computer devices for documenting service events and reviewing schedules.
- π€ Collaborative Work: Partner with co-workers on projects involving multiple Field Service Technicians.
- π Site Restoration: Ensure customer residence and/or job site is returned to original condition.
- π» Electronic Documentation: Record service calls and actions taken using electronic formats.
- π€ Submit Service Info: Provide closing service information to the Field Service Office promptly.
- π‘οΈ Safety Assurance: Perform all work safely and professionally, adhering to company policies.
- π¦ Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels in warehouse and service vehicle.
- π Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure service vehicle is well-maintained and operated safely.
- π§½ Vehicle Cleanliness: Keep service vehicle clean inside and out.
- π¦ Delivery Assistance: Help unload delivery truck as scheduled.
- π Part Inspection: Unpackage and inspect incoming parts for quality, document issues, and ensure replacements are ordered correctly.
- π Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- π§ Tool Knowledge: Safe use of hand and power tools.
- π Driverβs License: Valid Class D Driver's License with a clean driving record per PGTβs policy.
- π₯ Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
- π£οΈ Language Skills: Basic English language skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- π’ Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using various units of measure.
- π Measurement Skills: Able to read a tape measure.
- π» Computer Skills: Familiar with Microsoft products like Outlook and Windows; ability to use office equipment and software for communication and training.
