
PCBA Repair Technician

We are looking for skilled technicians with a solid background in manual soldering, SMT, and circuit board diagnostics. This is a direct hire role with long-term stability, great benefits, and opportunities for advancement!What You Will Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair PCBA failures, identifying root causes
- Perform precise soldering work: Thru-Hole, SMT, Leadless, and BGAs
- Use diagnostic tools including 3DX-Ray system, Rework Station, and Solder Pot
- Interpret schematics, datasheets, and test specifications
- Support and guide other technicians on testing procedures and soldering standards
- Maintain station performance and follow IPC quality standards
- Experience with PCBA repair, testing, and rework
- Proficient in manual soldering and surface mount technology
- Comfortable using test tools like oscilloscopes, waveform generators, and digital meters
- Prior knowledge of IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711 required
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documents
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM
