- Plan, supervise and perform audits, reviews and compilation engagements in various business types.
- Prepare financial statements, reports and other required compliance information.
- Review work product to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop effective working relationships with clients
- Identify and research accounting and auditing issues, develop solutions and prepare written conclusions
- Management multiple engagements concurrently to meet client deadlines
- Develop awareness of budget constraints and project realization
- Communicate with managers and partners, keeping them apprised of project status
- Have initiative to learn and develop new audit and attest skills
- Provide training and support to staff and promote open communication to the partners and managers.
- Maintain and promote the values, mission, and vision of Wojeski & Co.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- Current CPA license or CPA candidate
- 2-5 years of public accounting auditing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Strong computer and software skills - experience with Microsoft Office Products, CCH Suite is desired
- Excellent analytical and technical skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work assignments and complete projects in a results-oriented team environment
- Ability to work addition hours during peak client service delivery times
- Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
