The Connexa Search Group is partnering with a growing company seeking a Territory Manager to support expansion efforts across a defined regional footprint. This is a client-facing, field-based role ideal for someone with a drive to build strong business relationships and grow strategic accounts.This role comes with a great Base Salary + Company Car + Commission + Full Benefits.You’ll be representing a well-established, mission-driven company that values agility, initiative, and collaboration. This role involves regular travel, relationship development, and a consultative sales approach with partner businesses.Key Responsibilities
  • Travel within an assigned territory to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and account development
  • Provide field-based support and guidance to external stakeholders on products and services
  • Contribute to the design and execution of territory-level strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned region
Preferred Experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Background in business development, field sales, or client relationship roles
