We are looking for a Project Coordinator for a well-established flooring contractor in the Bay Area. This position supports end-to-end project operations—coordinating between sales, installers, warehouse, and clients to ensure seamless flooring installations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, installers, and internal teams from job award to completionSchedule site visits, material deliveries, installations, and inspectionsTrack project timelines and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflictsCoordinate with the warehouse team to ensure materials are prepped and delivered on timeMaintain accurate project records, including quotes, change orders, and completion reportsSupport sales and estimating teams with documentation and follow-upsProvide outstanding customer service throughout the project lifecycleQualifications:2+ years experience in project coordination, construction, flooring, or home improvement industriesStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with scheduling software, Google Workspace, and CRM/project tracking toolsComfortable working on-site, in the office, and occasionally traveling between job sites or showroomsPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of flooring materials and installation processesExperience working with subcontractors and managing small teamsSpanish fluency a plusCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly or salaried compensation based on experiencePTO, paid holidays, and mileage reimbursementOpportunities for advancement within a growing organizationPositive, family-style team environment with supportive leadershipPowered by JazzHR
