Our best sales people are coming from diverse backgrounds and they have been surprised to see that their efforts and projects are paying off for both themselves and the company, resulting in a very attractive income.What you'll do:
  • Rotate through key departments (R&D, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance) to actively learn how the business operates and how to sell effectively
  • Work closely with a mentor to develop sales skills, build customer relationships, and prepare for full sales responsibility
  • Manage and grow your own sales territory as a Sales Account Manager, driving business development and delivering results after completing training
What you'll bring:
  • Ideally, a bachelor's degree in a Science or Business-related discipline. Lab- or other relevant experience may substitute for a degree
  • Flexibility. Your training will take place in St. Louis, Missouri. After successfully completing the program, we offer you your own territory throughout the US.
  • Relocation may therefore be required after training.
