iWorld Professionals is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator for our client in Rochester, NY. This is a hybrid position. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and managing the benefits programs while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Human Resource Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Manage benefit programs and ensure clear communication of all information to employees.
  • Facilitate the benefit enrollment process for new hires and employees undergoing qualifying events.
  • Offer assistance throughout the annual open enrollment process, including HRIS system setup.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all policy and procedural inquiries.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and partners on new systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
Human Resource Coordinator Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 1+ year of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience with an HRIS is a desired plus.
  • Knowledge of employee relations and applicable benefit laws.
  • Ability to work in Rochester NY onsite with a hybrid work schedule.
Hybrid work schedule in the Rochester office. Compensation based on experience in the $40,000 - $50,000 range plus benefits.
