- Manage benefit programs and ensure clear communication of all information to employees.
- Facilitate the benefit enrollment process for new hires and employees undergoing qualifying events.
- Offer assistance throughout the annual open enrollment process, including HRIS system setup.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all policy and procedural inquiries.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and partners on new systems, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Associate's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 1+ year of relevant HR experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with an HRIS is a desired plus.
- Knowledge of employee relations and applicable benefit laws.
- Ability to work in Rochester NY onsite with a hybrid work schedule.
