Subsequent annual renewal of employment will be based upon performance review, progress towards research goals, and continuation of funding.PurposeCarry out research into biochemistry, synthetic biology, and protein and RNA engineering.ResponsibilitiesAssist with organizing lab, including routine forms and approvals, ordering, and carrying out research into enzyme engineering.Carry out research into modular, high-throughput assay development, and genetic circuit construction.Compile, analyze and summarize data as needed for reports and for publication and dissemination.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
