We are seeking one candidate to fill the role in one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Grand Rapids, MI; Nashville, TN; and Newport Beach, CA. This role is a full-time, in-office position. The Associate will work with experienced wealth management analysts and have ample opportunity to grow within the department.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Complete training & gain proficiency in a variety of wealth management software tools
  • Custodian interfaces (Fidelity & Schwab)
  • Reporting & analytics (Tamarac & Y-Charts)
  • CRM (Salesforce)
  • Produce client performance reviews
  • Prepare presentations for portfolio proposals
  • Reconciliation of investor information with the fund administrators & custodians
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields (preferred)
  • 2+ years of related industry experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
