Sign-on Bonus $500!The 6400 Licensing & Compliance Coordinator/Administrator is responsible for the Administration Systems used by Parzival. As well as working to remain in Compliance with all state and federal regulations related to the organization. The 6400 Licensing & Compliance Coordinator/Administrator works closely with the Chief Operations Officer. This role exercises independent judgment in the resolution of opportunities for improvement and problem solving. This person is responsible for recognizing system gaps and streamlining processes in order for Parzival to support the vision and mission adopted by the organization.Performance Responsibilities:
  • EIM - Entering incidents and investigations
  • New Home Opening (search for locations, organize visits, correspond with: ODP, person's team/licensing. Obtain Certificate of Occupancy, Promise application, self-inspection of home, establish program capacity, HCSIS, Coordinate first fire drill, fire extinguisher set up.
  • 6400/6100 Compliances and Regulations
  • Certified Investigator (perform all tasks that are part of this process)
  • Responsible for the administration, processing, documentation and filing of all required Annual Compliance Training (24 hours per calendar year for all active employees through the Relias System) (work load shared with Programmatic Program Specialist and HR department).
  • Complete License renewal yearly on CLS
  • Annual Licensing (lead and collaborate together with the team)
  • Revalidations (track and complete) for sites (PROMISE)
  • Update DP 1059: adding services and everything else that is part of the the process
  • Communicate day to day things (with employees, Program Specialists, Individuals and families in relation to compliances and services)
  • Backup support for the Therap Systems (review logs, troubleshooting with TherapTeams when needed)
  • QA&I process (assist with spreadsheet, supporting docs, and visits)
  • Promise system updates
  • Policy and Forms Review
  • County Meetings (represent Parzival and report back any relevant/applicable news/changes/updates
  • Work Closely with the COO, Program Service Executive, HRF's and consult with the team on all matters which could impact or that may relate to contact with Parents, Supports Coordinators or Authorities.
  • Participates in Admissions decisions and planning with Program Services Executive
  • Ensures that Programs comply with licensing, regulatory, and/or other contractual obligations. Completing all necessary paperwork and maintaining the documentation for each person supports
  • Enters and finalizes all incidents into EIM and conducts investigations as needed
  • In conjunction with the Program Services Executive, HRFs and Programmatic Programma Specialist communicates with family members and advocates of individuals about matters relating to ISP and SIS meetings or other compliance issues
  • Medication Administration Course/Training for new hires and maintain certifications for all employees throughout the year)
  • Ensures high quality of support of each Individual by meeting with Supports Coordinators, and other professional and informal supports as needed, in consultation with the Program Services Executive. Attend workshops and training to maintain and supplement knowledge and skill areas.
