The position will also be responsible to follow basic account procedures to assure the hotel's processes are complete and accurate. Guest security and safety is most important to CUSA, LLC and the night audit position is crucial to assure every guest has a safe and secure stay. This position is also required to communicate with guests acknowledge their Marriott bonvoy status, enroll new members and exhibit extraordinary customer service and offer recommendations about the hotel features and amenities and local area attractions and vanues. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures.
