Joining us, you will push the boundaries of what's possible and transform humanity for the better - because the world can't wait.What You Will Be Doing:As a Machinist, you will work with CNC machining, programming, and process engineering. You'll collaborate with leadership and fellow machinists to improve shop processes. This role will report directly to the Machine Shop Manager at our Everett, WA office.You Will:
  • Work within defined machining processes to deliver on company milestones
  • Set up and manufacture a variety of machined parts from start to finish in a prototype environment
  • Manufacture tooling and workholding
  • Work with design engineering to iterate and improve part manufacturability and design
  • Improve part quality and cycle times through tooling and programming enhancement
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in machining aerospace components
  • Experience machining tight tolerance, high value components
  • Experience with conventional and CNC mills and lathes
  • Machining of nickel-based stainless-steel alloys, copper, and titanium
  • Tooling and fixture design
  • Experience with GD&T and dimensional inspection
  • Experience with Haas CNC Mills
