Job SummaryMonday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of our compensation and benefits programs. This role involves data analysis, program evaluation, vendor management, and collaboration with leadership to ensure our compensation strategies align with business objectives.Key Responsibilities: * Data Preparation and Analysis:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Utilize data insights to make informed recommendations and decisions regarding compensation and benefits programs.
  • Program Effectiveness and Design:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefit programs.
  • Recommend and implement program designs and changes aligned with the organization's business strategy.
  • Vendor and Consultant Management:
  • Oversee relationships with vendors, benefit providers, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with external partners to optimize the delivery and efficiency of compensation and benefits services.
  • Executive Compensation:
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to design and deliver executive compensation programs.
  • Prepare and present executive compensation reports as required.
  • Compensation Infrastructure Development:
  • Develop and implement a robust compensation infrastructure, including job evaluation, market analysis, salary/pay grade structure, and benchmarking.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications: * Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Previous experience with self-funding insurance programs is essential.
  • Familiarity with variable compensation design and payouts.
  • Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex compensation and benefits information.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in compensation and benefits management are a plus.
  • Analytical Thinking:
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration:
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Education & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in business or Human Resources field· 5-7 years progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in self funded world
