- Track Success: Use CRM tools (preferably WellSky Personal Care) to monitor your leads and performance.
- Proven Sales Success: You’ve been a top performer with 3-5 years of sales experience in the home care or healthcare industry.
- Networking Expert: You have a deep network of contacts in the community, from healthcare professionals to referral partners, and know how to leverage them to drive business.
- Goal-Oriented & Self-Driven: You’re proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love reaching for new heights.
- Self-Motivated and Organized : Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and thrive.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track sales metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to drive growth.
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Salary: based on experience and lucrative commission scale.
- Uncapped Commission: Significant earning potential with a lucrative commission structure based on your sales performance.
