  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Job Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and placement success to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills on an executive level.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
