The BPE Lead would have a mastery skill level in the following attributes with an emphasis on Technology Leadership. Successfully BPE Leads must have the appetite and ability to lead others, flex their managerial courage, and foster grow to win.The Digital Marketing and e-Commerce BPELD will work closely with the IT and Business Product Owners, and a key set of business partner leaders to understand and optimize business strategy and value. Where needed they will assist our business partners in their ability to articulate needs and outcomes, and then partner with their IT Product Owner peers to drive these outcomes to production. The role will also participate in various global IT and business partner forums to help define the future strategies of our organization.What are a BPE Lead's skills and behaviors?Strategic Enablement: Leverage technical leadership to enable business strategy through constructing product roadmaps through discovery and innovation of IT solutions. Doesn't overthink; can identify analysis paralysis and over-engineering in self and others.Communication EQ: Comfortable flexing communication styles to facilitate consensus, engages others with perspective thinking, knows negative triggers, fully self-aware, excels at presenting ideas and solutions.Responsibilities - What you will do:Formally or informally, lead Business Process Experts toward solid performance and growth within their profession; ensures development planning and career path planningEnsure proactive collaboration across the BPE community and with all IT stakeholders to ensure best practices while evolving group learning opportunitiesEnsure business process modelling techniques are standardized and consistently utilized, measure qualityRegularly review business process outputs to drive ideation of new people, process, and technology enhancementsFacilitates defining and aligning Strategic Capability Roadmap, Technology Roadmap and Product Roadmaps in collaboration with BRM, ITPO, Engineering, and POs.Regularly reviews Product Roadmap outputs to ensure quality and a focus on business and IT value.As needed, documents and monitors business processes to assess current state.Identify standardization and simplification opportunities and emerging requirements for improving business processes.As needed, translates business needs into specific business requirements. Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into functional / technical requirements.As needed, create user stories for desired solution functionality.As needed, partners with delivery vendors, communicates technical requirements, define deliverables, and oversee execution.QualificationsQualifications - What you will bring:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience3-5 years of experience designing and deploying customer facing digital marketing and e-Commerce tools and capabilities to a diverse set of personas or customersAdvanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, with an ability to become familiar with Corteva-specific programs and software.Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and be able to exercise proper judgement at all times.Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.Detail oriented, and able to consistently produce high quality, accurate work and results.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and strict time constraintsExcellent communication (written and verbal) communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills.Decision-making ability.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred3-5 years experience in design and deploy of digital capabilities in an Agriscience or adjacent industry.Experience in developing large scale funding and deployment plans.Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Azure, and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).Experience with data migrations and integrations with enterprise-level applications.Experience in developing large scale funding and business case creation.Experience with SAFe and Product Management at Scale strategies.
