- Design various development projects including commercial, residential, and mixed-use, along with associated infrastructure such as roads and drainage systems.
- Independently execute design tasks, review others' designs, and prepare bid documents under limited supervision.
- Contribute to strategic planning, project management, and team growth initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive project studies, reports, plans, and cost estimates.
- Manage small to mid-sized projects within budget and schedule constraints.
- Direct and mentor design teams while overseeing project execution.
- Assume full project ownership, communicating effectively with clients and regulatory agencies.
- Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in decision-making and project execution.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills for client and agency interactions, project presentations, and written communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in designing commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development projects.
- P.E. (Professional Engineer) certification in the State of Colorado or eligibility to obtain within 12 months.
- Proven track record of leading project teams successfully.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Eagerness for personal and professional growth within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 3D.
- Experience in land development projects, preferably in the Colorado Front Range area.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation.
- Work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
